Airport Transportation in Oahu
Honolulu Pickup Instructions
Please give us a call 1-808-352-4670 once you arrive at the airport so that we can send our car to wait for you at the pick-up location. Our driver will wait at the Permitee Area. It is the marked green curve on the second median lane EXCEPT Hawaiian and United Airlines, the Permitee area will be on the side of the terminal building. Please give us a call and the driver will direct you to the assigned area.
We will track your flight and give you some grace period for the luggage. If you can make a call, please give us a heads-up upon landing at 808-352-4670.
The shuttle loading zone is very strict on waiting time. No shuttle shall be waiting longer than 15 minutes. When the time limit reaches, drivers have to leave to circle around the whole airport driveways as they are all one-way.
International Flights
Exit the terminal using exit DOOR 2, use the nearest crosswalk (between pole number 5 and 6) to the median. Pick up only on GREEN curbside mark.
Delta Airlines and United Airlines
Find the exit called "pre-arranged 5" at the backside of baggage claim 31, NOT street side. Please go out of the exit and you will see the pickup spot.
Alaska, American, Air Canada, WestJet, Sun Country, Omni Air, Virgin America, Southwest
Use the crosswalk between baggage claim 19 & 20 to the median.
Hawaiian Airlines:Inter-Island and Mainland Flights
From baggage claim 11, go outside, NO crossing any street, turn right and go straight to the end of the building.
Please Note:
** Your vehicle is a minivan or van marked King Airport Shuttle.
** We will track your flight and give you some grace period for the luggage. If you can make a call, please give us a heads-up upon landing at 808-352-4670.
** Drivers may be forced to turn around every 15 minutes if passengers are not yet present. You may not see him right away after you come out.
** Please pay cash directly to the driver. To pay by credit card, we have a 5% processing fee. If you need a receipt, please let the driver know.
** For pick-up and drop-off between 9 pm to 5 am, we have a $5 additional fee.
** The price includes 1 carry-on and 1 checked-bag per person.
